THIS PROGRAM RUNS IN DIFFERENT GROUPS OVER SEPTEMBER/OCTOBER , NOVEMBER/DECEMBER, AND JANUARY/FEBUARY
Progressive 12 week program split into 2 (6 week) Tiers.
Overloand / Underload training using 3 differnt axe bats and weighted balls.
Tee drills, underhand toss and overhand drills.
Structured program designed to improve exit velo, and hitting mechanics.
Sessions are 1 hr long and will meet 3 days a week.
