THIS PROGRAM RUNS FOR A DURATION OF 20 SESSIONS STARTING AT THE BEGINNING OF SEPTEMBER. 


3 DAYS PER WEEK

THIS PROGRAM WILL INVOLVE THE USE OF BOTH TRADITIONAL AND  NONTRADITIONAL WEIGHT TRAINING REGIMES, UNIQUE SPEED TRAINING DRILLS AND THE COMPREHENSIVE USE OF FLEX-BANDS COMBINED WITH HITTING DRILLS TO BUILD UPPER BODY, CORE AND LOWER BODY STRENGTH FOR MORE BAT SPEED AND POWER.

EACH SESSION WILL INVOLVE 1 HOUR OF STRENGTH TRAINING AND 1 HOUR OF HITTING INSTRUCTION
